Here are the questions:
1. How long have you been blogging?
From February of 2018. That makes it about 1 year and 4 months
2. At what point do you think you’ll stop blogging?
Not looking to be anytime soon. If it becomes something that I stop enjoying and start to see it as a chore, I think I’ll stop.
3. What is the best thing about blogging?
I love sharing my opinions on books I read. I love the bookish community and how supportive they are.
4. What is the worst thing? what do you do to make it okay?
I don’t know, really. I don’t like it when people are quick to hate people for their opinions without realising it’s okay to have opinions on books you love or hate. I see it on twitter a lot, where one person doesn’t like a book and then people start bashing said book. I understand sometimes there’s a good reason why someone doesn’t like something but it should be done in a respectful manner. I just don’t engage in the drama.
5. How long does it take you to make/find pictures to use?
In terms of covers for books,I use goodreads for that. In terms of making a featured image, I have the basic outline from freepng.com so I just add the different titles of the post in. That takes about 5 minutes maybe. I credit where I got it from at the botton for the featured image.
6. Who is your book crush?
Nik Malikov, William Herondale, Jem Carstairs
7. What author would you like to have on your blog?
I don’t really have an author who I really want on my blog. I don’t feel confident enough to have them and would not know what to ask.
8. What do you wear when you write your blog posts?
Whatever I’m wearing that day.
9. How long does it take you to prepare?
I don’t know. It really depends on the post. If it’s an anticipated releases it would take longer than let’s say a discussion on why I read. More research needs to be done on some posts than others.
10. How do you feel about the blogging community?
I love the blogging community. I think everyone is so supportive! I love reading other bloggers’ reviews and seeing how we differ in opinions.
11. What do you think one should do to create a successful blog?
I don’t know if my blog is even seen as ‘successful’ but I’m happy with it. I think people should blog about what they’re passionate about. I think posting often and blog hopping helps a lot too. If you see your blog as successful, then it is.You should just be happy with it.
I don’t really know who to tag so if you want to do the tag, go for it! You can say I tagged you.
