2019 Reading Goals

Today I’m going to be sharing my reading goals for 2019 as you can see from the title

My first goal is to read 52 books. That means 1 book a week and I find that what be top stressful and I won’t be scrambling to complete it at the end of the year.

My second goal is to read 10 classics. This was a goal I set last year but I’m hoping I’ll actually be able to do it this time around.

My next goal is to finish all the books I own and limit what I buy. Maybe read a few books then allow myself to buy more. Who knows,I’ll decide exactly what to do later.

My next goal is to read more diverse and own voices book. To read more books to represent me.

My final goal is to do more buddy reads and readathons. I hardly participate on the, and would like to do more this year.

I probably have more goals but I can’t think of anymore now.

What are your goals for 2019?

  1. We have some of the same reading goals for 2019! I’m wanting to read The Harvard Classics and Shelf of Fiction. Not sure if it’ll actually happen, but I figure I can make a big dent in it! I also want to average a book a week, and finish all the books I own but haven’t read yet. Good luck and Happy New Year!!!
